You normally pay the hospital directly using its official quotation or invoice. Before you confirm treatment, we explain what is included and flag any possible additional costs.

Payment Is Made Directly to the Clinic.

All payments for medical services are made directly to the clinic based on the services actually provided. The clinic determines the final cost of treatment and receives payment directly from the patient. Medicina Turkey does not collect or process payments for medical services provided by the clinic.

From your first request to your hospital visit.

Six clear steps to help you understand your options and prepare with confidence. Medicina Turkey coordinates communication and practical arrangements; medical assessment and treatment are provided by the hospital and its doctors.

  1. Tell us what you need

    Share your main concern, diagnosis if known and preferred timing. If you are unsure which department to contact, we help direct your request to a relevant team.

  2. Share your medical records

    Send available reports, scans, laboratory results and previous recommendations. With your permission, we organize them for review by relevant hospitals or specialists.

  3. Review your options

    We collect the responses and clearly present relevant hospital and specialist options, together with any proposed next steps.

  4. Understand the plan and cost

    The hospital provides its proposed treatment plan and official quotation. We help clarify what is included and which costs may change after an in-person examination.

  5. Plan your visit

    If you decide to proceed, we coordinate appointments, hospital communication, interpreter support and practical arrival details. Medical care is paid directly to the hospital.

  6. Stay supported

    We remain available for coordination during your visit and can help with hospital communication after you return home.

Diagnosis, treatment suitability, follow-up decisions and final costs are confirmed by the selected hospital and its doctors after an individual medical evaluation.
